Anyway, here’s the Thandai Tres Leches Cake recipe you’ve been asking for 👇

Ingredients:
🥛 1 cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar
🫙 1 cup sugar
🌾 1 ½ cup plain flour
🧂 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder
🛢 ¼ cup oil
✨ 1 tsp vanilla

Thandai Milk:
🥛 ½ cup condensed milk
🥛 ½ cup evaporated milk
🥛 ½ cup whole milk
🌸 2 tbsp thandai masala (or crushed almonds, fennel, cardamom, saffron, rose petals)

Topping:
🥛 1 cup whipped cream
🌸 Saffron + rose petals + chopped nuts

Steps:
1️⃣ Mix milk + vinegar → let sit 5 min (buttermilk).
2️⃣ Whisk sugar, oil, vanilla → add buttermilk.
3️⃣ Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder → fold gently.

Ingredients:
🥛 1 cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar
🫙 1 cup sugar
🌾 1 ½ cup plain flour
🧂 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder
🛢 ¼ cup oil
✨ 1 tsp vanilla

Thandai Milk:
🥛 ½ cup condensed milk
🥛 ½ cup evaporated milk
🥛 ½ cup whole milk
🌸 2 tbsp thandai masala (or crushed almonds, fennel, cardamom, saffron, rose petals)

Topping:
🥛 1 cup whipped cream
🌸 Saffron + rose petals + chopped nuts

Steps:
1️⃣ Mix milk + vinegar → let sit 5 min (buttermilk).
2️⃣ Whisk sugar, oil, vanilla → add buttermilk.
