📅 Orders & Lead Time
We bake fresh to order! Please place your order at least 2–3 days in advance.
For bulk or corporate orders, we recommend 1–2 weeks’ notice to ensure availability.
 
🚚 Delivery & Collection
Local Delivery: Available within our service area.
Delivery charges apply.
Collection: Free collection from [Your Location] (address will be shared after order confirmation).
Shipping: We currently do not offer postal shipping for fresh cake jars.
 
🎂 Freshness & Storage
All cake jars are made fresh and best enjoyed within 4–5 days when refrigerated.
For longer storage, you may freeze them for up to 1 month (defrost in the fridge overnight before serving).
 
🔄 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before collection/delivery for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as we begin preparing your order.
If there is an issue with your order (quality concerns, missing items), please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
 
💳 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering to confirm your booking.
We accept major cards, bank transfer, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
 
♻️ Packaging & Sustainability
Our jars are reusable! Please consider washing and reusing them for storage, gifting, or crafts.
We strive to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
